Based on my understanding of the process the folks referring to shelter also follow up to find out if the bed was actually filled

so it would make sense that they enter the outcome of the CE event

and the CE events are only in the CAN role so I don't think that other providers would be able to enter the info anyway

These new elements are creating addt'l work for CAN staff.

the homeless episode sections have to be entered manually at this time. it would be helpful if the verified unsheltered client location would automatically generate a homeless episode
